ORDERS:
Click on the "Products"
icon on the menu bar. Once customers
have ordered products from you, you
can access their order info from
this area.
1.
Via the Quick
Find function, you
will be able to search for orders
via Order ID#, Order
Date, Customer ID#
and Order Status
2.
If you set your order status system
to active (default), customers can
see their order status by logging in
to your site then entering their
order ID number. You can turn this
feature off by selecting Inactive
3. Order
Status: Order status
refers to the location of a product
in the order process (The order
process begins when the customer
places the order and ends when the
product is sent to the customer) The
different phases of an order are
explained below.
Pending:
When
a customer places an order and their
payment has been sent and has not
yet been processed.
Billed
Successfully: When
a payment has been successfully
processed and the customers order is
(ideally) in the process of being
shipped out
Order
Shipped: When
the product has been shipped to the
customer's (or ship to) address.
Order
Cancelled: If
the customer's credit card is
declined and/or fraudulent (or the
product simply cannot be sent) the
order will be put in this status.
